We use simple ingredients for each batch of our scratch-made scrumptious caramel and always coat our freshly popped popcorn completely. We hand-press every batch into a single large sheet of caramel popcorn, which is then broken up by hand into large chunks and bars to be hand-packed into a clear bag, giving our caramel popcorn a distinctive appearance.
