All products ordered from RobertsFerryGourmet.com are covered by our satisfaction guarantee. Your products will arrive in quality condition or you (or your gift recipient) should please contact our customer service department. We will happily provide a replacement or credit.
Returns
Fresh food items and fragile products cannot be returned. If the product doesn't meet your expectations it is covered by our satisfaction guarantee. Non-food items can be sent to our business address (20493 Yosemite Blvd. Waterford, CA 95386), from the location to which the package was mailed. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note shipping is not refundable.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
