Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at RobertsFerryGourmet.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, most are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. When temperatures consistently exceed 80 degrees farenhight we will cold-pack and ship your goodies only on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid your package sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or if your product(s) are back-ordered, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment method estimated delivery time

You will select the shipping vendor and shipping service during checkout. Delivery delays outside of our control can occasionally occur. Examples include weather delays and seasonal shipping delays.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

RobertsFerryGourmet.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number can be monitored on the shipping service's website(s) as once the order has shipped it is outside of our control.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

RobertsFerryGourmet.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Please review our return policy if your shipment arrives damaged.

Returned Packages

In the instance that a package is returned to us for any reason (package declined, not picked up and returned by shipper, wrong shipping information, etc) we will issue a credit, minus any shipping, to the individual who purchased the item.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
