Beekeeper Mike's unique locally produced raw honey is available in a variety of sizes and options! Each Honey Has its own Flavor, Aroma, Color and Texture, ​Distinctive to the Flowers the Bees Visited.

Avocado Honey: Bold, rich and buttery flavor. This dark honey is harvested from deep in coastal Southern California avocado groves.

Blackberry Honey: Fruity and smooth, with hints of wild ripe blackberries in the sun. From the coastal border of California and Oregon.

Orange Blossom Honey: ​Orange blossom's aroma marks the beginning of spring. A three week bloom in Southern California yields this most popular, fragrant honey.

Lavender Honey: Experience the healing properties of lavender. Harvested from over 60 acres of lavender flowers in the upper Carmel Valley. Pure nectar, not infused.

​Sage Honey: Our most mild tasting honey. With abundant rain, wild sage blooms on the hillsides of southern California.  This honey will not crystallize.

Wildflower Honey: A union of tastes and smells from the abundant varieties of CA wild flowers of the coastal mountains and Sierra Nevadas.

​Clover Honey: A mild extremely sweet honey with a pleasant floral overtone.

High Mountain Pollen:  Each color of pollen represents a different desert plant. A great source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants - sprinkle on yogurt or mix with oatmeal, or add it to your cup of tea!
